The broken steel ending in Fallout 3 was cool, but then you just get dropped off after the mission is over and there's nothing more.
The most recent ending I enjoyed was in the Saboteur, it was pretty cool.

STALKER Call Of Pripyat had a strangely satisfying ending, I liked how you got an explanation for each character/area based on how you handled it in game.

Crysis & Crysis Warhead's endings were pretty good, although nothing compares to the Carrier battle in DX10, ORGASMIC!
I liked the ending to Persona 3.

Hell yeah, I loved the ending of Metro 2033, and Mass Effect 1,2.

My favorite ending to a game ever was Earthbound. Giygas is the most memorable final boss of all time, and everything afterwards was pretty much perfect falling action.
