Absolutely nobody will agree with me, but I liked the Water Temple in Ocarina of Time. Of course, I don't remember the original too clearly, but in the Master Quest version it was probably the best dungeon.
Probably the last test chamber in Portal. First time around it was the most awesome thing I had ever been through (I also died like 7 times before I knew what to do). :downs:
