Fyi, if i were you, i wouldn't get any sims 2 stuff past Bon Voyage unless you know how to bypass the secuROM beast that is the launcher, as it randomly excludes expansions and sometimes even deletes modifications/expansions.
In short, it's eeevil.
Plus the secuROM in it can knock over/disable your motherboard/gfx card due to the drivers.

On the front page it has a little box where you post it, just log into your US EA account then post the voucher code when you get to the part where you do that and yay free!
