I still have it! I use to have so much fun playing this with my friends and the story was amazing. I might just go play it later with all this nostalgia building up. Hopefully my 360 can play it or I might just have to hook up my Xbox Original just to play it.

There is, it hasn't been cancelled or anything, just delayed because of Kane and Lynch. It is still on their to do list.
No, it's because EA holds the Freedom Fighters license. IO Interactive will have to go back to EA or wait for EA to greenlight development for the sequel.
