Yes you can, you just have to wait until the beta opens for your zone.

I'm already playing. I re-made The Detective, looks exactly the same but with some color touch ups, and small changes.

God dammit. I get in the game to find it lagging so badly that I've been disconnected 3 times from the server. I think I'll wait a bit before trying to get in. =/
