Did anyone actually successfully download the 3 GB patch without a fix?
Downloading the fix, I know what I'm going to make.
Aaaa. Each 0.1% freezes my computer. And the stupid "fix" isn't working. It's not even launching. All it does is freeze up explorer.
Fix finally worked. Didn't seem to do much, other than fix the freezing and slow my download speed down. File size is unaffected, too.

I'd give it a 95% failure rate, and that's just being conservative.

Here's what you do.

2. Download the standalone patch. -> [url]http://files.champions-online.com/Champions_Online_OB_Fix.exe[/url]
3. ???
4. PROFIT

Can you create your own arch-enemy in the game? I remember reading that you could create a nemesis in the game that would attack you at various points. Is that not in the beta or was it dropped from the game?

You can. I think it is at lvl 25 when you create him.
