I watched the character creator video and holy shit that looks great. Is there going to be PvP or what? Heroes fighting heroes?

Yeah they have a few arena modes in. I think it's like 2v2 3v3 and 5v5, and there's a FFA version too.
There's also a section in the open world where you can fight each other in FFA. There are NPC's and stuff there, too. If you kill the NPC's you can get buffs and powerups to fight the other players with.
There's a cool dueling system where a rocket crashes into the ground from the sky and creates a forcefield.
They're also working on battlegrounds now, too. They're going to ship with a DOTA-kind of map where you are either imprisoned villains trying to escape (or if you want, falsely imprisoned heroes) and you have to escape. The heroes try to stop them. Both sides have computer terminals they can use to free other heroes/villains who work with you to fight the other faction. It looks pretty cool.
They're working on other kinds of gametypes like CTF and stuff now, too.

Haha, sure. I think I'm either going flight or super speed. I don't know how teleport works exactly though. It looks sweet.
I wish in their pvp videos they had more 1v1 or similar fights instead of jamming like 6 characters all doing shit on screen at the same time. It just looks like a clusterfuck rather than a presentation of the cool stuff in the game.

I played some PvP last night before the server went down. It was pretty sweet, and my team won.
The power armor framework really is awesome, and my only real threat was this giant hulk on their team, but he could only burrow; it ended up with me and everyone else flying around shooting him until he died. He died a whole bunch.
Got a pretty good amount of EXP, also rocket boots are pretty great. I haven't seen anyone using the swinging traveling powers... maybe I'll make my dinosaur use them.

Pretty much and no you won't get sued. Most likely just warned or kicked out of the beta.
