Currently levelling defence, I want to setup RSBot though, i downloaded it and it won't run.

I got stuck in a random for hours upon hours and I haven't been banned.

The only time I have ever been banned for botting is when I ran a powerminer for about 3 weeks straight at the Lumbridge mine, it was a perma though. When I still played RS (a few months ago), I frequently got caught in randoms for hours while botting, and ALWAYS botted overnight, despite everyone telling me not to. No bans at all, and this is exclusively using free bots, without a break handler. To be honest, as long as you aren't doing something ridiculous like botting for 72 hours straight or something, don't be worried about getting banned for botting, ESPECIALLY if your account is a member (they say it doesn't matter, but I have a feeling they let members get away with a lot more than F2Pers.

Yeah I have some crappy laptop no one used in my house so I just asked my parents if I could can just use it and they don't care. I just bot on it with a few accounts, lags horribly but it works perfect. The bot runs like it's not lagging. Haven't botted in awhile though. You can easily get 99's and sell the account.

Botted on chickens (me being paranoid i'll die) for 10 hours and went from 18def to 36. Also got 99 mining woodcutting and firemaking from botting. [editline]11:29AM[/editline] Oh wow, i was also combat level 58 when i started, i'm 65 now.

I love botting. Also it looks like rsbot.org is currently down, which isn't great. But in all seriousness I haven't played the game since Dungeoneering (piece of shit) was released. It is summer though so I might resubscribe and start botting the Mage Training Arena again.

I had an account using a free bot that got permabanned without ever having a temporary ban.

I have a question is it different if a Member gets caught botting? I heard members don't get banned for that.. (lol I know silly)

Yeah i've botted loads, they shouldn't really call it suicide botting anymore. I botted chickens for 10 hours last night, and i'm planning on mining Iron for 10 hours tonight.

Suicide botting during the summer isn't very dangerous because a lot of kids are out of school and some are out of work, so excess numbers of playing time isn't really something to take into account when it comes to finding botters.

You're most likely flagged. Might want to cut down on your botting. Or it could just be random lol, right when I first started botting on cannonballs I got like 3 randoms in 3 hours, the most I've ever seen.

Oh well, don't give a shit if I'll get banned, and my bot solved all randoms perfectly.
