Soapcell you should have mentioned if you were going to remove the ones that wouldn't even fit in a rating, most of us wouldn't waste our time drawing for you if we knew you were the partial judge instead of just community.

You should have just done the first 12(there are twelve ratings) entries, then once a winner had surfaced out of those, do another vote for the next 12. When you were out of entries you would have a vote between the winners of previous votes.
