The controller looks fine to me. If you are talking about the buttons, seeing how most FPS are dual-analog controlled I think it shows you shouldn't have a problem with the buttons being where they are. If anything it might be better to play games that primarily use two sticks.

It's a 2D platformer, they tend to look the same. In my opinion, the New Super Mario Bros. series should be finished. The three dimensional games tend to be a lot more original, anyway.

Look at SMB 1, SMB 2 (USA version), SMB 3, and Super Mario World. They all have their own distinct style. I can barely tell this one apart from the new 3DS one, or the Wii version.

Jesus fuck I want that. The reason why they keep making it is because it sells extremely well and it's still a good game. I wish they'd change up the art style though.
And my opinion on the controller is that the layout is for FPS's, but things like platformers and such only really need the first joystick for the most part except for camera movement, so it should hopefully work out.
I'd love another Super Paper Mario, although a bit harder and less rushed gimmicks.

Nintendo needs some new intellectual property. As much as I <3 Mario and Zelda and Pokemans, they need somethin new.

I doubt it'll feel much different. Maybe it'll take a day or two to get used to, but after that it'll be like comparing the PS3 and 360 controllers. They are a little different, but not enough to screw with your head when switching between the consoles. That's how it's always been for me, but I don't know about anyone else.

GameTrailers has all sorts of exclusive stuff, but as far as the conferences themselves go, I just stick to Gamespot, as they have the fastest stream I've come across.
Anyone know if Remedy is gonna appear at E3?
