So far, EA and Sony's been the strongest for me. I'm considering the Wii U as my first Nintendo since Snes. I'm really into all the Nintendo icons and characters, but i don't fuck a give about a strictly motion-control based console and Wii U seems to acknowledge that... and the fact that technology is actually evolving. I feel i missed a lot of things from the WII catalog, so i'm hoping for backward compatibility too.
It's Nintendo of course there will be backwards compatibility. Wouldn't be surprised if it plays Gamecube games, as well.

I will watch Nintendo's one, my spider senses tell me it can be a really good conference if not the best of the E3. The main and the best part of Ubisoft conference was the Wii U one.

You won't be seeing that in this conference, it's all Wii U today. Tomorrow is the 3DS conference. That's why I'm excited, nintendo have got so much shit to reveal.

Even then it's not going to be hard to beat E3 so far.
IIRC Nintendo won E3 last year (in lots of people's opinion). I have no reason to doubt they will do so again.
I hope that rumored Mario gets announced for Wii U.
The one that has an huge overworld to explore, where you can ride Yoshis to get to places faster, warp pipes for quick travel, and levels were self contained, eg; go through a portal wind up in a classic 3D-esque world, similar to the ones in Mario 64 and Sunshine.
That was rumored for last year's E3, so I dunno if it is gonna get announced or not. But it sounded pretty sweet on paper.

Nintendo hasn't won an E3 for me since the Wii came out. I find it hard to get excited over Super Mario Bros game #77 and Zelda game #58.

Hey at least we'll probably be seeing Piikmin 3. Granted it's still a sequel, but it's a small number, and the Pikmin series deserves more love.
