E3 2012 - June 5th - Games - Facepunch Forum

I doubt Wiiu is going to be anything special, but that's just me, with my old and dusty Wii that was used to play pretty much only GC games.

Ninetendo seem to be pulling a Wii all over again, honestly, they are screwing themselves over if the PS/XB hardware will be as significantly better as it was last generation...

No matter the specs of the new generation it'll be grossly outdated by decent PCs by the time they come out. At least it'll be better. Hope they all have decent backwards compatibility for both accesories and games. I remember reading about the new Xbox and the article ending on how it's graphics were on par with last year's Radeons or something.

Only reason I watch these is to see the extremely embarrassing "Entertainement for everyone" shit and fake acting. Oh some games too, but the most interesting ones usually are not the ones showed during the conferences anyway.

Gosh, I just can't wait to see more conferences deticated to family gaming! When I play my games, I always play them with my family!

Isn't this year the 20th anniversary of Kirby? I'm hoping at Nintendo's conference, he gets the treatment Zelda did last year. 3D remake of an old game, a VC version released on the eshop would both be lovely.

So, is anyone [I]here[/I] going to stream the coverage? Well, restream? I'd rather chat with Facepunchers than randoms on the Gamespot one. Also, whomever did the times on the Steam group has them wrong by an hour.
