I think it verifies unedited files/no extra files.
Also, has there been a new ModLoader that was updated for the beta, or does the old one still work?

From my understanding, it's a list of directories of a jar file. If it's there, then the jar doesn't read the additional files.

Add the option to take it off the list, like creative private servers.
