Wait, I just thought, seeing as this update was so near christmas could the secret thing be Santa?
I finally got enough torches to cover an entire mountain. The mountain I covered had my home on it, and creepers and zombies liked to hang around the mountain alot, so the torches really helped to get rid of them.
There is one problem, though.
Cows spawn EVERYWHERE (and the other occasional animal) AT NIGHT!

Not for everyone, it works just fine for me, i never crash, but others crash all the time.
And i actually have to agree with Lust, i mean even the "big" step from alpha to beta, he started working on literally the same day or two days before it was coming out i reckon.
Which is kinda sad.

It's not sad, he's entitled to work whenever he wants.
It just makes me wonder what he was doing if he only spent one day out of a month or so on it, and it's literally his full time job.
I mean that's literally about 8 hours a day, for a month, what could he possibly have been doing?
I'd like to put enough faith in Notch to not immediately think he was lazing around for a month spending the money people paid him to work on the game, but that's kinda the only conclusion I can think of.
