I remember the first time I made a wooden pick, I found some gold or something and mined it, and then thought because it was still in Alpha that stuff wasn't added yet.

Anyway, I keep getting this annoying-ass error when installing a few mods.
I'm using Advanced Tools, Portable Workbench, Dragon Tools, and Magic Runes (or at least trying to, har har har).
These all require Modloader and Spawnlist, which I installed both of (first modloader then spawnlist, if that has anything to do with it). I can play once just fine with everything working, but next time I try to play all the items have no icon/world model. Everything else is just fine, but the items in the mods are gone, as is the gui for the portable workbench. I deleted META-INF already, and the only other mods i'm using are the ones from MrMMods, excluding Better Grass (because it looks fucking retarded with something I'm using, don't know what).
Any help? I hope I've given enough information that somebody can help me.

The people at the closest Gamestop to me actually know their games (You know, besides the big guys). Makes it easier to ask for their opinion on certain games.

The guys at Game Stop in my town are pretty cool. I remember I had a pretty in-depth conversation about the stylized world of Mirror's Edge with one of the dudes.
