I was on Future Popcan one day, and the folks there built a nice set of railroads, with boosters and everything. It was a fun and useful ride nonetheless, but at a point I thought: "but can it become... more awesome?"
Then I remembered about the "Boost the fucking time" trick: when you turn up your computer's clock by about 2 hours, the game with speed up INSANELY, giving you WARP SPEED for a while, even in multiplayer.
So I got in a cart, and right after hitting the booster, I upped the clock...

You're just used to the normal look of the default texture pack, this is HQ and the normal block is basically repeated 4 times in a square to make it look HD.

I love Steampunk's texture pack, but the cobblestones and mossy cobblestones kind of bothered me. So I decided making my own.
That is a picture of my mossy cobblestone texture.
It looks really simplistic and there are some things I don't like about it so I'm going to touch it up some more, but it's really fun texturing the game to your own liking.
Should I continue texturing?

To me it looks as though 1 block is 4, and in that picture, close and far at the same time
Holy shit I was in a desert biome and I thought I'd get some sand for my underwater base, when I interacted with the sand like half the biome fell down 2-8 blocks.
It was so awesome seeing half the desert suddenly drop under my feet.
