Was thinking of maybe paying like £8. I feel so bad for not paying more but I can't pay more.

I love the money stats. On average Linux users pay more than Mac and Windows users, because their OS didn't cost them so they have more money to spare. This is my theory at least.
My Windows didn't cost me anything (MSDNAA). I spent $20. Maybe your theory is correct. The Windows average has been rising though; it used to be around $5.71. The Linux average has also fallen from above $14.
Windows still brings in the highest revenue (around $447,908), so that's another reason Windows users can be cheaper.
This is the last time i'm gonna ask, but could anyone get it for me?
Credit Card = Big turn off for me

I don't want to generalize but I think more kids would buy it on Mac/Windows for low prices while there are most likely more adults using Linux who are willing to pay some more. Also if you want to talk about money to spare then people with Macs would be the highest.
can anybody generous enough please get me this? I would love to give to charity but I can't afford to

Why is it that when I went to this page again I got the notification 77 tabs were about to open in my browser?
I feel like this has been answered before but does Revenge of the Titans have multiplayer?
Just finished Braid, I expected it to be longer :frown:
Can somebody please gift me this pack and PM me the gift code?
I'd enjoy it :)
I have no moneys, but taking it for free makes me feel bad.
I guess I just won't buy it, after all I want to be a game dev so taking this stuff for free is like mugging your friend.

No.
am I the only one whose machinarium is having serious stability issues when in fullscreen mode?
Do the Mac versions of the games work on PowerPC's? Im talking about both of the indie packs.
am I the only one whose machinarium is having serious stability issues when in fullscreen mode?
Machinarium is fine for me, it's cortex command that crashes frequently
I think it is because they are more informed on how hard it is to make quality software, and pay more because they know that the developers deserve it.
This and maybe because the chance that they already own half the games like many Windows users already do is much lower.
Cortex command gets very upset and lags on Linux.
ugh, i feel so bad for this
but i'm going to pay $5 and donate what i can when i can
but people like notch have spent $2000! good for him!
Could anyone buy it for me? I would myself, only I don't have a paypal account. So yeah! Please! (I tried the demo of CC it is fucking epic!)
The payment levels of various OSs go as follows for me.
Windows: Obviously majority uses this, as well, most of these guys best fans are in the age group of 18-25, usually starting jobs or in school and broke as fuck.
Mac: They already had the money to pay for that thing. And they're thankful someone makes games for it.
Linux: THANK YOU FOR MAKING GAMES FOR OUR OS AND MAKING US FEEL LOVED AGAIN.

Also, to people wondering with payment options, PP charges 39 cents minimum, Amazon charges 5. Use it instead for your cheapo buys.
I talked with SilverFish and told him we talk about him here.
I linked him here. Let's hope he signs up and comment.
I might be late but holy shit Notch donated $2000
Eh, I'm kinda glad I only spent 5 bucks for these games.
They're pretty uninteresting and boring.
Cortex Command could be fun, but I really don't like the clonky movement.
Braid is already worth like 15 bucks.
has anyone beaten RoTT level 25
I cannot do it and it is killing me
Hey guys!
I saw you have had very different experiences with the support, I can assure you that we're doing our best to answer everyone as quickly as possible, but when the pressure is on it's REALLY crazy! Please be patient and remind us that you exist every 10 minutes or so so we don't accidentally forget about you. :)
It has calmed down the last day or two though so it should be easier to get support now. I can also say that most of us are volunteers, we're doing this because we love indie games just like you and want to help out, so please don't take this live support for granted (what other game developer offer this kind of service, really?).
I could just about afford £5 altogether, what with christmas coming up, so I gave them that (in $ - about $7.50). I feel quite bad because these games are worth more than £5 each, but I'm glad I contributed and didn't just enter $1.
So is this the full game? (Cortex Command) Because I don't see any difference with the free downloadable version I think...
The free version has a time limit of two minutes per match, IIRC.
WOW the level and "save" system in revenge of the titans is so freaking stupid. I did all the earth levels and looked back and saw a few of them with low score, i thought, yeah why not redo it then ill have some more cash. I redo it, and suddenly i am back at that lvl with no previous progress.
Was a game killer for me there.
