Bought it for a penny because I lost my original Cortex Command key. I will resolve myself to not play the other games, I promise.
Revenge of the Titans is awesome! I bought the bundle just because of that game :)
Same here, I have 3 of them already and Machinarium doesn't interest me at all. Paid 8$
True, damn shame. I'm having trouble giving money to the developers solely because data (CC) is a thief. He got everyone's money by giving out fake promises out on the street like a bad hooker. Promises of constant updates and decent Lua implementations and a RISK-like overworld mode that we haven't seen for months. Oh yeah, the posts in which he basically says "yeah well suckers this is what I bought with your money ok bye" didn't help either.
Nowhere did Data ever promise he'd finish, in fact when you buy Cortex Command there's a legal disclaimer that says you may never get the full game. Stop acting like you've been ripped off, you haven't.
God dangit 2$ on paypal, and it's from donations..
I don't have any of these, will definatly buy it later.

I don't have any of these. Would someone be so kind as to gift it to me? :3:
It's still kind of bullshit that he's being such a lazy fuck.
Yes it sucks, but don't act like he stole from you, you knew what you were getting into.
Could someone buy it for me?
Nowhere did data ever promise he'd finish, in fact when you buy Cortex Command there's a legal disclaimer that says you may never get the full game. Stop acting like you've been ripped off, you haven't
Right, but it still doesn't diminish the fact that he's disappointed everyone. I was probably one of the most understanding guys. Hell, a single developer working on a really complex game. Of course it would take long to develop. BUT, it's been 6 build since the paid version, and very little has been added to the game. No where did he specifically outline the game would ever be finished, but he made so many promises that he broke. Yes, we the consumers understood the liability purchasing this game, but that doesn't diminish the fact that Data took the money and pretty much let CC rot.

Stop acting like you've been ripped off, you haven't.
There's a legal disclaimer but that's not the message he was conveying when he was promoting the first build of the game. Anyway, he basically quit development when income started to decline. While that might not be theft it's at least in bad faith.
I love how people ask for games that you can set your own price on... how poor can you be if you can't even afford 1p, 1 cent
PMm me for a copppppppppppppppppppy
I love how people ask for games that you can set your own price on... how poor can you be if you can't even afford 1p, 1 cent
I don't have a paypal account or a credit card or anything like that so it'd be a little difficult to buy it for myself.
I don't have a paypal account or a credit card or anything like that so it'd be a little difficult to buy it for myself.
Then make a paypal and get a debit/credit card, not that hard to go out to your local bank.
I love how people ask for games that you can set your own price on... how poor can you be if you can't even afford 1p, 1 cent
As much as this is true, I still think it's a dick move. These people (with the exception of Data) worked really hard on making their games. Minimum price I'd pay would be $10. I got it as a gift though.
Hopefully there will be a secret stuff included if we donate enough money, just like the last time.
Then make a paypal and get a debit/credit card, not that hard to go out to your local bank.
It's a lot harder than just walking in and getting a card.
already own machinarium and braid and don't want some shitty games.... the first one was better anyways...
48 copies gifted so far
Then make a paypal and get a debit/credit card, not that hard to go out to your local bank.
Considering I'm 14 I can't really fucking do that.
Hopefully there will be a secret stuff included if we donate enough money, just like the last time.
If it's over 1 million $ Data will continue developing Cortex Command :v:
What's Humble Tip?
What's Humble Tip?
I'm guessing it goes to the guys behind the Humble Indie Bundle.

It's been processing order for like 5-6 minutes now...
I had almost all of it, but I really regret buying Cortex Command at full price :(
0.3 for me and 0.03 for my friend. I just didnt have the money , and that was AWESOME I will donate them anyways
I'm guessing it goes to the guys behind the Humble Indie Bundle.
I am guessing it goes in a separate account to setup the next bundle so that they can pay the people that put effort in this.
