Mirror's Edge ending.
I shed manly tears.
Red Faction: Armageddon in general was pretty depressing, but this in particular...

MAJOR SPOILER here. [sp]Her death really caught me by surprise,[/sp] probably because of how [sp]Samanya and pretty much everyone else lives[/sp] in Guerrilla. But still, it [sp]ruined any chance of a happy ending for Darius[/sp]. I was legitimately sad at this point.

I kind of saw it coming since the game is basically underground Starship Troopers and more or less the exact same thing happens.

Ah, I see. I don't actually know anything about Starship Troopers, and the Red Faction series has a history of [sp]everything working out alright, e.g. Masako is killed and Eos and Parker live, Samanya and Alec get together, even how Kara survives right up until this point[/sp].
[sp] The deaths of Aisha and Carlos [/sp] in Saints Row 2
The ending of Driv3r:

In Penumbra: Black Plague when [sp] you find your father dead in that small room in the library, I felt really attached to him after reading all of the in-game lore about your dad[/sp]
:(
In the opening cutscene of Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee, when Munch was giving the introduction.
The tears, they don't stop.
Heavy rain was really sad, it's possible to do good endings but the bad ones are so sad.
And Haunting Ground..... LOL (thats not really emotional its more just a blonde skimpy bimbo running around a castle...all you could ever want XD)
Dragon Age Origins ending. Dwarf Noble while trying to be the ultimate good guy.
I cried.

On the opposite side Oblivion always made me laugh my sides off whenever I glitched the guards so they end up killing the entire Market District.
On time splitters future perfect
The ending.

I actually thought it was a better ending than the other one in a lot of ways.
Cutscenes during the fight with Yami and the ending of Okami. The music was a big part of it.
The finale of The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker. The boss, the music, the ending, the credits...it was all perfect. Best ending I've ever experienced, personally.
Burnout: Paradise
I shit you not.
Long ass race, requiring focus and the use of intricate shortcuts in order to win, I'm on my 4th try here, right before the race is over I've taken so many shortcuts that I'm coming up on the finish line (end of a U shaped curve, two entrances) from the opposite direction as the rest of the racers, and as I'm coming up, THEY ALL GO THROUGH AND HIT MY CAR, PREVENTING ME FROM EVEN GETTING THERE
Raged so hard my floor turned into lava, I broke the disc in half and proceeded to break several other things around my house.
Confronting andrew ryan in bioshock one. Wow.

I agree, awesome game <3
Also guys remember Mario Party Sunshine? i just want to go back in time and sip some capri sun and play half naked with the air conditioner on the cool summer days.
I just finished L.A. Noire this week. I was hit hard emotionally when [sp]Cole Phelps died. His funeral is where I almost broke down, when the other investigators were giving their closing goodbyes.[/sp]
Batman: Arkham City ending.
Red dead redemption ending has to be one of the most emotional.
in CoH where those guys were talking about baseball... THEN BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRP MG42
Mercenaries 2 when Solano shoots you in the ass.

She was a true American patriot.
Arkham City's ending, [sp]even though Batman always seemed to shun Joker you could see the impact it had on him when he died, they were close in a way.[/sp]

Oh and the beginning of Saints Row 3, [sp]goddamit Johnny, why'd you have to go and be a hero?[/sp]

"You march into the desert sands, leaving the Vault behind you."
Weirdly, RDR's ending, or at least, it's pre-ending, didn't really impact me at all, I had more of a "what, that's it?" feeling. May have been because [sp]I found the hours spent on the ranch with jack super boring, I'd expected a quicker end, and I also found jack himself massively annoying. And I didn't like John's wife either. So when the ending came, I was already pissed off at the game for stretching it so long. The real ending with the revenge was awesome though, I went the all-out bastard route and killed his entire family.[/sp]
I just finished LA Noire though, and [sp] oh my fucking god you're shitting me. I was waiting for jack to stand up any second and kill roy. How can rockstar make such an awesome revenge scene in RDR and then spit in my face like that in LA Noire?[/sp]

[sp]What do you mean, the other investigators? I got roy faking some shit and Elsa running out crying. Please don't tell me I got a shitty ending because I didn't do too well on a few cases.[/sp]
Red dead redemption. Was just riding through the desert and came across a random dead guy on the floor and a woman on her knees next to him crying. I was wondering what the hell happened and what this was all about, side mission or something maybe? As i was watching closely she then picked up a gun on the floor and i unholstered my gun, just incase she was going to blame me and start shooting or something. She then shot herself in the head and fell dead next to the guy. That was it, all over.
This happened to me in Undead Nightmare, however she turned into a zombie and killed me when I was getting food, I reloaded and blasted them to oblivion with explosives

For a starter, [sp]every other partner but Roy.[/sp]
My personal moment was in Gears of War 2 where [sp]Dom shot Maria.[/sp] Left me fairly shocked for a couple minutes, didn't expect that at all.
Somewhat random, but in Stalker: CoP when I finished the Missing Stalkers questline. Beard tells you to search for Grouse for no one has heard from him since you and him part ways at the swamp. When I arrived at the Dock Cranes and saw lifeless Grouse on that table, I decorated that shack with Tremor's brains before he even turned around to see what killed him. I did feel some pity upon Tremor after hearing his recording about knowing his end will be delivered soon by avenging stalkers. I still don't know why I was so sad that Grouse died for the short amount of time you and him fought alongside together.
And I always chose to hate bandits in that game. When I stumble upon a firefight that I just missed and find dead stalkers lying face down in a swamp with greedy, remorseless bandits continuing on like nothing happened, I beat myself up thinking that if I was faster I could have saved those stalkers and provided an edge over the bandits.
Also, World in Conflict ending when those two good friends survived through it all and listen to the cd player that had been broken throughout the campaign. When it zooms out to all the destruction is so epic. They got separated half-way through and I thought one of them died leaving the other alone, but when they reunited I was infinitely happy.

The first part of Half-Life 2, leading all the way up until you get the crowbar.
I was absolutely stunned at the level of technology there. And the atmosphere just was kind of something I never experienced as a kid before. It just changed me into a nerd I guess.

Oh yeah, and Conker's Bad Fur Day ending. Such a bitter fucking ending for such a happy go-lucky (although quite mature) game. One of the greatest game endings ever in my opinion though.
