AFTER 2 1/2 HOURS AND 183 RETRIES I HAVE FINALLY PASSED THIS GOD DAMN MAP

I know its a terrible playthrough but its the only one I've actually completed on that map. It felt so good when I beat it.
Also Jesse how do you disable the hit explosions? I don't see it in the options.

Hold on, I'll zip up the notes, just put them into your skins folder, C:\program files (x86)\osu!\skins\the-skin-you-use.
Or if you take the entire skin, just put it in your skins folder and select it in-game.

getting somewhere.
I've been on and off this game for about a year. (I suck, can't get used to z/x, blah)
Still can't understand for the life of me why no-one has made TANK! from Cowboy Bebop yet.
What. I never really thought of searching for that.
Actually,

Yep, that's the joke.
I just want us all to get along. :c
I played Osu whole yesterday. It was really cool to replay maps that I remember playing when I just started, I thought they were impossible to clear, but now they weren't so impossible after all.
Pretty much like 9/10 osu maps are ezpz now for me, I more or less only finish a song if im going to S it now too.

do you guys use tablets or something?
It feels way to different than elite beat agents or ouandan for me to do any good
I know that both i and orkel do but i'm not sure about anyone else.
tablet + zx, like orkel told me to
Also depends what tablet technique you use, pretty certain that Orkle and zerothefallen tap the notes then zx the streams.
However me and jesse just float the pen and zx the whole thing.

Tablet and mouse. Mouse when I'm just relaxing around but if I want to go seriousmode then tablet for best results.
I usually zx, but sometimes when I have to do a really fast double or triple tap I just press one button three times and then continue. Not sure why I actually do it this way, but in some special situations I find it easier.
there really isn't a "better play-style" but iv'e found that tablet lets you improve faster because of the absolute movement.
Any peripheral that lets you use 1:1 movement is fine, be it a good gaming mouse on its ideal surface, or a pen tablet.
However with the loss of absolute movement with a mouse, you really need to minimise input lag (i.e. use a CRT) and have very good hand-eye coordination to play well. ('Well' being equal to tablet players)
