Downloaded it after long time, checked out the beatmaps. And it is STILL a bitch to find a well made beatmap with good music. I don't want music from animes or japanese games... And it's hard to find something good without these. Or I am not looking hard enough.

I don't really play the ultra hardcore shit. There comes a point when it's no longer fun anymore for me when the map just get too batshit insane.

There will come a time when those maps are the only ones that are a challenge. Just you wait :v:
Alot of the time, i find, people with high ranks only play the ~easier~ maps for more score and tend to avoid the really hard maps that are actually challenging, sure it's fun to S hard maps but it's more fun to beat super insane ones.

Logitech G9. Mostly a tablet player though, but I use that when playing mouse.

Well, switching from an old piece of shit Microsoft mouse to the G9 made a huge difference in my jumps and overall gaming accuracy, so from my experience it does matter.
Well, it might make a difference, but in most cases, just learning to use your own mouse will give you the best results.
I used to mouse with my MX518, it was pretty good but the speed/accuracy of a tablet is far superior.
I downloaded this today and after trying the tutorial, the first beatmap I attempted was Don't stop me now, the same as the one in the OP, I tried on the lowest setting, Jesus Christ how do people get S rankings on this thing?
