I'll keep tablets in mind, but honestly I think mouse is good enough for me at the time being.
Of course, considering I've never used a tablet, I'm in no condition to compare, so I'll just say that if I've got money to spare and osu keeps bugging me I'll look into it.
Tablet or mouse, makes no difference really. Whatever you feel you're better with, for some that'll be a mouse, for others a tablet.
If you do end up getting a tablet, I'd suggest the Bamboo Pen. It's a great cheap tablet, by Wacom.

How do you manage to stream across the screen with mouse only. My mind loves to stop at every circle to click instead of moving the cursor along the path and clicking constantly.
I don't think clicking is a good technique for playing, feels like 1 hand is doing too much
