Rank doesn't reflect skill, but it can have have an impact on your confidence.
Playing in college means I can't get on the online server, so it doesn't matter how good I'm doing it just doesn't save.
Which makes me really sad, since I've beaten some really hard levels.

Going up ranks when you're that high takes no time at all. I remember I was at a friends house and I accidentally f/c'd an insane song there. I think it was like 10million ranked score or something. The rank said +8000 or something. I got pretty confused.

Whenever I go into multiplayer, the majority of people are playing songs on normal. I guess that's expected...but all of the people who play insanes play the ones which are hardcore stuff. I can't do any of that.
The osu friends I play with are either busy/timezone differences. Maybe this is a chance to improve my accuracy on nice slow songs...
I don't know who was the leader when I playing with donovan and jesse but they picked the stupidest maps.
I left that game because dinner was ready. :3:

I do enjoy nice standard insane maps. Most all of those S's are standard insane maps.
I love insane maps. Just not over mapped insane maps with no distinct beat.
Our finnish osu world cup team has been hit with ridiculous problems.
First of all, one of our 4 players broke his tapping finger.
Secondly, our team captain, who is also our top player suddenly turned emo, posted "I fucking hate finland and all finnish people, I quit the tournament" in the world cup thread, and promptly disappeared from the net.
Thirdly, another of our players is suddenly moving abroad in one week.
So that means that our next battle that happens on friday will be our last, there's no way to continue the cup with a team as messed up as this

Playing Skyrim for the whole of yesterday really made me suck at osu when I came back to it.
In fact, I think this game needs a lot of attention if you want to stay any good at it...
Remind me not to play games with extreme mouse smoothing
It gets you so used to stopping your mouse early, makes jumps really hard.
