I hover, play with full tablet area, and play full screen at 1920x1080 on a 22" monitor. I've never experienced a sore arm.

So I was looking at beatmaps that were recently ranked, and I saw Pony Swag... Well, I understand it's a song and all but I never did expect it to be there. What have you seen that you didn't expect?
