i find normal and easy significantly harder than hard on most songs

This is based on that if I remember correctly.(Basically whatever Elite Beat Agents are based on)

Mostly stopped playing because I begun to lose interest fairly quickly and I was really terrible at the game. Couldn't even barely pass a Osu! map on easy or even normal.

let's do the following:
1:open mods

2:click on Easy

- This makes the game so much more forgiving, allowing you to play it for a bit to get used to it.
comparison:
Both from the hardest difficulty of Pokemon G/S/C Final Battle
Normal:

Note that Easy mod shows circles sooner, larger circles, larger slider circles, easier spiners. It also drains much less and gives you three "Lives"(When one is depleted, it refills the bar, then your back where you failed).

Once I was comfortable, I turned it off and started playing normally. Note when Easy is on, you only gain half as many points as you normally would.
