Not really, he did somewhat on FF7, but that was because the faces were made of a flat polygon and two drawn eyes on it, and nothing more and you couldn't see the dirrence between an ass and a face.
In CG you can see that he isn't a woman, you don't need a beard to look like a man (sure, he doesn't looked as rough and weathered like some other characters, but that doesn't make him a woman).
If anything he doesn't look like either woman or man, like it should be since he isn't human.

Eh, somehow I can't accept someone like Sephiroth as a great villain. He's just too overpowered. I'd rather have an interesting and unique villain than one that "CAN TOTALLY LIKE BLOW UP PLANETS AND SHIT OMG HE'S SO AWESOME".

I do actually, he isn't overpowered, he is quite minimalistic, very smooth fighter. If you really knew about that.
Also, Dormin from SotC because he is practically a god and possesses your character in the end, he takes the form of a massive blackened demon like colossus, very nice!

Also, my other favorite villain has to be Andrew Ryan.

He is both a great villain and an interesting character. He isn't truly evil, he's just protecting his dream from outside influence (you), even if it has already failed. He tries to kill you many times, but you can't help but sympathize with him. Plus, he has some of the best and most quotable lines in the game.

That is an illusion though, it only happens in their minds. I'm quite sure that it is showing how he would have been if he succeeded and was not defeated.
So since he was defeated ([sp]but not killed[/sp]) he never got to be that powerful (he surely isn't weak, but he isn't [B]that[/B] over-powered either).

Of course this is all guessing, but since the planet is intact after the battle against him I'm guessing that it was an illusion, just like the one after the final fight.
So in the end it could be either real or immaginary, but I'm going to guess it's immaginary.

Now THIS guy, on the other hand:

He killed one of the protagonists wife and kid alongside a castleful of people, he betrayed and killed an emperor, and willingly & concsiously caused the world to shatter into ruins.
And loved it, every single bit of it.
