I think it's the wireless. The router is being a dickhole and not giving out a proper signal. This computer's connected directly to the wall cable so that's why it works. My sister's laptop isn't getting a proper signal either.

I've reset it countless times. But I haven't tried messing with the settings. I wouldn't even know what setting to mess with.
