Valve should create a P2P downloading system for Steam. Users will get higher speeds and Valve won't have to pay for bandwidth. Percentage of money saved on bandwidth goes to steam wallets of users who "seed" games. Win win situation :buddy:

Ok, I kind of need a hand. My monitor keeps flickering on and off at random. Anyone know what's wrong? It's plugged in correctly and the power is fine but it keeps flickering. If it helps, the refresh rate is 70hz, and as soon as I started typing this it got worse.
