I was watching the cinematic, and i was wondering why to do all the sith have bionic components.
No more MMOs for me until this hits. The MMO genre has been lacking ever since WoW hit and every other MMO wants to be WoW. I hope Bioware at least gives us a estimated release date before the end of the year.

Darth Plagueis was a Muun, not a Sith.
The Sith as a race were apparently very minor in the grand scheme of things.

Thinking of playing Soldier. Then maybe a Jedi or Sith after depending on their population.
I was a Stormtrooper in SWG, probably Bounty Hunter in this.
Looks to me like bounty hunter will be the third most popular class (after Jedi and Sith).
Hopefully we will get a decent update today.

Also I like the fact that before the thinning of numbers between Jedi and Sith, they would have organized armies that would fight.

A medieval suit of Gothic armor made out of Cortosis Weave would be the most effective armor ever against a Jedi/Sith.

From what I've seen:
7% (32) Bounty Hunter
18% (77) Sith
23% (99) Jedi
6% (27) Trooper
4% (21) Smuggler
5% (22) One of these, not sure yet
34% (146) Waiting for other classes, then will choose
I think it will be fairly balanced, I'm happy with the idea of having the Sith and Jedi being more popular. It makes the other classes more of a novelty (which I intend on playing).

Im not sure but as i played republic commando,the part where you first encounter trandoshans,that have the shotgun like thingies ,38 said "Shotguns...I tought no one used projectile weapons anymore" so yeah,they probably wouldnt work so well

Shotguns are horrendous against anything but Jedi/Sith.

that poll doesn't give the option of waiting for more released classes. considering we have a few more classes left, i hope those numbers will change a bit.

I don't think you understand, this is no Star Wars Galaxies.... Never will be, this is something unique that you can't compare to anything else out there.
My main concern is that they will make Jedi/Sith starter classes.
That will ruin the game.

They [B]are[/B] starter classes.
What would be better for Sith/Jedi is, you start off as a neutral player, then while you play through a small part of the story you make small choices (good/bad) which then decides which path you take.
Does ANYONE know how this will play? I'm scared of the fact of auto targeting might be in, I can't tell from the videos.

There is no auto attack, but it will be similar to World of Warcraft gameplay - if that is what you mean by auto targeting?
