Is it possible to play Perfect Dark on PC properly now? A while back Goldeneye 64 was rigged up via the Project64 emulator to allow proper keyboard controls and mouse aiming which, combined with lots of AA and the highres texture pack made it a regular PC game practically.
Anything similar been done with Perfect Dark? Would LOVE to play this again! So many fond memories...

That reminds me, there was a lot of cool hidden shit in this game. Anyone remember the mysterious question mark in the warehouse MP level?

And by the way, it's the Mario mystery box. And it even appears in the Xbox version (Only in SP IIRC).
I love this game so much, but it's become incredibly difficult to play because it's so hard for me to use the N64 controller as well as I used to. Dual analog sticks have spoiled me.

The N64 version actually does have a mode where you can use two controllers for one player so you can use one stick for aiming and another for moving. Seems like it'd be really frustrating to use, though.

I would but I don't have one. It'd be my first purchase if I ever decided to get it.
I remember to this day how laggy Perfect Dark was at the time when it came out, but it was so fucking cool. It's really weird to play it at 60 FPS on the Xbox version.
Fucking loved this game. People may say Goldeneye was the definitive FPS, but Perfect Dark surpassed it in every way I found. All those gadgets, the guns, the bots. The Laptop Gun! Elvis! The Skedar!
popped it in for nostalgia, and when the intro track played, I drooled.
