Yeah, the ones in 240p. I was looking for better quality. I suppose the Youtube ones are the only ones left :smith: Someone has to remake that comic in 1080p. I swear.
Well, they're the only ones, but I hope they're good enough (Sometimes the audio tends to get desynchronized in these videos, but I forget when). I remember going to Walgreens to get the Bionicle Mask of Time or Light or something... You know, the promotional offer. About the game, I spent a good portion of my childhood playing games like this, Lego Backlot, etc. I even got to play MNOG2 to the end. The games they've had since then haven't been nearly as good. It's a shame, really. I need to find a copy of Lego Island. I had one at my grandparents' house a few years ago, but the disk shredded itself in the drive. Shame.
There is this one game i remember where you were a kid eating pizzas all day, but there was this one jackass who always stole your pizzas and you had to build all sorts of shit to get your pizzas back. Anyone remember this?
Playing the MNOLG makes me wish there was a full scale modern version with 3d environments Legend of Zelda style gameplay.
I loved playing this game, but I had no idea what I was doing.
Well, why don't you try again? The download link is right there in the OP.
I can't help but remember hearing Ride of the Valkyries in this game. I think it was with the green guys. Also, I nostalgia'd so hard when I saw those lillypad huts again. My brother and I used to play this so much many years ago. Hell, I occasionally visit the Lego site to see what kind of new Bionicles they're making.
Nostalgia
I brought a bohrok and a rakashi with me to college, put them on my shelf. Bionicle was amazing, but I kinda lost interest when they made a movie from it. Then there was the metru nui thing, and I don't know what happened after that. It still have a box full of mini-cds somewhere. Infected lewa's pretty badass
I stopped playing MNOLG II because it just became "look for this stuff so you can give it to this guy to make this stuff to give to some guy to make this other stuff to make etc.".
I stopped playing MNOLG II because it just became "look for this stuff so you can give it to this guy to make this stuff to give to some guy to make this other stuff to make etc.".
Agreed, MNOLG 1 was just like: "Go here, and solve your shit, then go and be a chronicler fo real." MNOLG 2 was just: "Herp i'm a Ga-Matoran trader and SUPPOSEDLY a Chronicler."
I'm replaying this now, but I forget how to get rid of the scorpion in the cave you find in the desert. Anyone remember how to do this?
I'm replaying this now, but I forget how to get rid of the scorpion in the cave you find in the desert. Anyone remember how to do this?
Depends. Did you already get the Koli ball that was infected? It's right next to the guy in town that sells Koli balls, it has this green tint. Alternatively, you can grab the one on the playing field. Just show it to Onewa and then get in the tomb. Pohatu should be in there. Then use his feet and 1337 Koli skills to break all the pillars and collapse the cave.
awesome.
awesome.
I could play this thing with my eyes closed :3: Love it so much.
This thread made me nostalgia so hard and makes me wish I still had my old Bionicles. The only one I still have is one from 2008 or some shit and it's just not as cool as they were up to 2006, which was about when I started to lose interest.
jesus, the part with the bugs is hard as fuck
Part 1:
I really love the music at the beginning of this one.
They need more games like this. [editline]14th January 2011[/editline] Any way to get the soundtrack for the second one? [editline]14th January 2011[/editline] What I'd give to have a computer old enough to run the games without them being buggy as fuck.
Fix page 3.
I'm not gonna lie, i nostalgiagasmed. I still remember getting pissed a bit about the move to Metru Nui, but enjoying that arc no less. EDIT: Bohrok here, the Rahi are losers.

Nnnnnnnnnnnostalgia. Oh man. Do you guys remember that one Lego game with the recycling robot? Brickbot I think. Maaaaaaaan.
Anyone remember the point and click bionicle game? That was amazing. Anyone know its name?
Nnnnnnnnnnnostalgia. Oh man. Do you guys remember that one Lego game with the recycling robot? Brickbot I think. Maaaaaaaan.
goddamn im overflowing with nostalgia

Played quite a bit of it before LOSING THE LINK AGAIN GODDAMNIT. :( [editline]15th January 2011[/editline]
Lewa was here, let's see your fucking Bohrok fight against a swarm of Nui-Rama, Muaka, Kane-Ra, Nui-Jaga and Tarakawa. I mean, hell, he might have had one of the less useful mask powers, but he was SMART. he has a SHIELD. ...Speaking of which, whatever happened to mask powers? Do the metru nui masks have powers? Did the toa ever switch their masks in combat outside of the game and the graphic novel?

Lewa was the young rebel, shut your mouth. Kopaka is some emo bitch who can't tolerate company....Like me :buddy: And as far as i know, after Mata Nui, all Toas became retarded and didn't use tactics in fights anymore. Think about Onua. That strong motherfucker used Nuju's mask to throw bugs at Lewa. Fucking BUGS. That's badass. Metru Nui's masks had shitty powers anyways, who cares about them. I have one happy thing to say about the newer arcs though. Tahu returned with his Golden Hau Kanohi and helped Mata Nui himself. He got turned into a dragon later on :smith:
On the topic of Lego games, Is that lego racing game where you steered that red car in the desert still there?
On the topic of Lego games, Is that lego racing game where you steered that red car in the desert still there?
That's the game I've spent years trying to find! Do you mean the one where all the cars are seen from an aerial view and is 2D, or the one where you see the car from behind and everything is in 3D?
On the topic of Lego games, Is that lego racing game where you steered that red car in the desert still there?
The topic isn't Lego games. The topic is a singular game. Also, i haven't found it. What i'd like to find is the game where you pimped your Lego ride and had races. Engine, chassis, tires...all was upgradeable and by winning races you got credits. Shit was cool.
