might i suggest you give the trial a go before jumping into the full game though

Try the trial out.
But coming from Runescape, you'll most probably like WoW, but it's nothing like Runescape in terms of gameplay.
It's a lot more fun, and much, much better.
Also, try and get some friends to play with you. The game is 100000000x better when with a group of friends.
Ah. My best friend is, in a word, obsessed with WoW. He offered to get it for me for my sixteenth, so I suppose I'll try it out. I've got three months to decide between now and then anyway.

Y'know if people are so annoyed about people making threads in the WoW subforum with questions that can be answered in this thread, then why do we even have a WoW subforum.

I hope you enjoy it, my first character was a Warrior, I still have and love him to this day.
Also, not everyone is a jerk, as with every game, to be honest, Runescape has bigger, and more jerks.

With RuneScape, the forums crash once a week, on update day, because of trolls, ranters, and spammers... Does this happen in Azeroth? If not, then it may move the odds in my favor.

No haha, Runescape has a much worse community in my opinion.
For the 2 and a half years I've been playing WoW, I've found the community great, yes there are dicks around, but that happens with every game, think of it this way, people are willing to pay each month to play and enjoy the game, rather than pay, to annoy people.
Just download the trial version, and see what you think, I'm sure you'll like it, and most questions you have, the guys here should help with.
