Same here, one of my several accounts is buggered because I jailbroke my iPhone, thus getting rid of the Authenticator.
My password is hello123 so I need to get an authenticator because I keep buying gold and my account get hacked.
I agree that Authenticators are good, but the fact that there is no online tool to fix it (you have to email blizzard) is stupid. I'm tempted to ring them but last time I did that I sat in a queue of 60 and when I got down to about 7 it was out of hours...

What do you propose to use as an online tool that wouldn't completely nullify the security of the authenticator?
