As long as they balance the difficulty as well as they're saying they will, I have no quams about it.
I've always liked small guilds. having a small, close group of players, commited to progressing together, with the same rewards as people who perfer to play as a larger group.
Surely this would mean that the 10 mans would be harder, as they would have to scale the damage/health of bosses to cope with the same gear as people running 25 mans? for example, a person in ilvl 264 stuff would own ICC10 compared to a person in ilvl 251 stuff. so if you only had 264 stuff, and you wanted 25 man to be viable to all in the gear, 10 man would have to be harder or at least scaled differently to how it currently is.
unless of course they add passive buffs for the different versions.
