Copying to the BlizzCon Event realm will most surely be useless since you will need a valid account to even log into the realmserver. They'll probably wipe everything and close it off.

Fact is, all alpha/beta/PTRs have been on the same realmlist since like forever. WotLK Alpha/Beta realm "Coldarra" was visible in the realmlist when logging onto the old 2.4.3 PTR client.

I don't think BM is very viable anywhere right now, so you might want to respec. As for the gems, you should probably be gemming straight agility.
