No, 79. But I've played a Hunter on another account up to level 50 something.

Because it's 79 most of the gear was already there. I'm running dungeons now to get some new gear for heroics. But I haven't got a clue what to get because the highest I've ever levelled to is 68.

This is why you level characters properly.
its not the gear thats the problem its the spec/glyphs

Actually both your questions are dumb.
You can reset your talents at any class trainer in any capital city and you replace glyphs by putting new ones over them, destroying the old one.

yep. you can simply put new glyphs over your old ones and yoiu can visit a class trainer to reset your talents.

this is the sort of raiding spec you wanna be looking at. as a hunter you respec alot depending on what buffs are needed and what your gear is currently like. i.e if youre chosen to be the hunter buff bitch you have to spec 3/3 into improved hunters mark.
basic rotation is [serpent sting always up on target] > silencing shot > chimera > aimed shot > steady shot
chimera refreshes your serpent sting so you'll only need to shoot it once unless it falls off. Hunter is a really easy class to play in PvE tbh
Ok, I'll go respec. But it might be quite hard because my ping is about 3k right now. However when I'm browsing the internet it's not. That's life for me I guess.

for trinkets i'd recomend banner of victory from ToC normal and/or mirror of truth from badges but i'd recomend getting basic t9 before that
rings wise theres dextrous brightstone ring again from badges
plenty to aim for once you get to 80 anyway
non set shoulders/helm. t9 gloves/legs. crafted chest. im p. sure t5hats the best setup you can get before heading into raids.

T9 is gotten with Emblems of Triumph which you can earn through grinding Heroics.

the 4 set bonus of t9 isn't really worth bothering going for, as GB said badge shoulders and crafted chest will do fine

Oh well, I know it isn't much of an achievement but for me it is. Even if I didn't have a taste of playing levels 65 through 78 on a retail server.
You didn't show much of your UI and I found something bad already.
Fix your unit frames, man.
