Is he like those sick wolves in Elvynn Forest?
Disease and corruption spreading on low level mobs in starting areas.

Oh man, that was awesome. I was doing heroic UP for the orphan achievement and everyone in my group was ICC25 geared and everyone had the kingslayer title. Druid healer, too, so it was literally the easiest heroic I've ever done. Ran through the entire instance (almost) without stopping.

I need a new graphics card, maybe more RAM. Right now I capped at 30 because otherwise it fluctuates vastly which makes it rocky, and I go down to 20ish in Dal.

Also Neo, doing good. You can get weapon upgrades in the ICC heroics, as well as most other slots. You can get a nice helm for 75 Triumph. You also need new rings and trinkets, both of which come from Triumph. A good trinket is Needle Encrusted Scorpion which drops in ICC Heroic.

The only gem I saw was a +20 int gem. Replace it with agi or something.
And replace the tank ring with a dps ring because you are not a tank.

When will I be able to do ICC 10 (is that ICC heroic?) then? My GS now is 3.6k. I am grinding HC's but I don't know which ones to do to get my GS up.

ICC Heroics are the 5 man dungeons, you need a GS of at least 4.8k really but most PuGs will not take you until you have 5.1k+. In your case you should get up to 5.4k because you don't have skillzz to pull off ICC10 with that level of gear.

it would help if you actually listened to the advice we gave you. the shoulders are the single worst part of the t9 set which is why you buy the NON set shoulders, i have no idea what they are called for alliance unfortunately.

you don't have to match sockets when gemming, just put 20 agi in everything as you don't have meta gem criteria to meet at the moment

right, in the alliance bit of dalaran there should be a load of badge of <whatever> vendors you'll find the non set stuff there, you want the NON set shoulders and helm, you can also buy the ring from there, you'll find the mirror of truth trinket in the shop on the corner on the right as you come out of the alliance section of dalaran

Ok, I copied all of that into a text file. I'll save up some emblems of triumph for the stuff i have to buy, and the stuff made by leatherworking do i buy that from the AH or is it a drop?

the bracers and chest are crafted. you can buy the finish product from the AH or you can buy the mats from the AH and then get a player with LWing and the recipe to craft it for you.
