I'm pretty sure if this issue of yours was synonymous among the majority of the community there would actually be someone to back you, taking into consideration how popular it still is after all these years...
I guess some people don't take learning how to play a game into mind as part of the value and experience of actually playing it.
Your main problem is that you're spraying with the M249 when you can't handle the recoil. The other is that you were allowing yourself to be an easy target by staying still. The M249 is a great gun, but that's if you can use it right. Obviously you can't, so you should realize that you shouldn't use it until you can handle the recoil. And with a year's hiatus, you can obviously expect yourself to be rusty and other players to have gotten better in general because, come on, it's a year of playtime.
Also, bodyshots with the M249 if you're going to spray, not headshots.

I played CoD at a friends house (It was all he had. Worst day ever) and I got the worst of it. Real hackers, tons of host migrations, etc etc. Some kid thought Counter-Strike was some new perk they added. And he thought he was an FPS veteran. Jask0 is coming from one of the moat ass-kissing, idiotic, and just plain overhyped communities ever: the CoD community.

ok well you just made that up i never mentioned cod this whole time, however i do own a copy of it and play splitscreen and survival with my freinds and it is hella fun

I too raged in my early days of Counter-Strike because it was unlike other games I had played. Thing is, I learned not to spray unless it's at point blank, and to instead tap for greater accuracy.
That is exactly what happened here, lad. You handled the Para incorrectly, which is okay after a year of not playing, versus a player who knew he had to tap with the AK. If you can just accept that you just so happened to forget how to properly handle the weapon after a hiatus, and instead of blaming the game or players, [B]take a moment to re-acquaint yourself with the weapon mechanics[/B], you'll be fine. Just stop making such a fuss over a momentary misunderstanding.

Honestly, i don't play CSS much but when i do usually, i don't spot any hacks, just people better than me because i don't play it lots.
I spent less time learning how to perfect my aim and get 1 shot headshots and perfected spraying and praying. I aim at my opponent's feet/ground in front of them and hold down the trigger, and if I sway my crosshair left and right a lot of the times I can get a headshot because of the recoil. I spent far more time in CSS not only before it started recording time but on an old account of mine that got vac banned. (I used a color mod that messed with a .dll, RIP.)
