I did, didn't work even if I gift once in a while, I should stop gifting, or just gift people I like instead of raffles.

That is why you do biased raffles. Personally I search the persons posts before giving them the gift. If all I find is stupid begging or that they are lurking. I 'accidentally' pick another person.
