Stay behind the crates and kill the Geth and the jumpy things first. Then shoot at the armature while it's not shooting. Use your weapon power thing if at all possible.
For all my ME playthroughs I should know more of the names for this shit.

Use a shotgun on those things when they leap close to you. There's a big thing there that you can hide behind and if you shoot them quickly enough, you'll get rid of them easily.
