All the first Dawn of Wars, Command and Conquer Generals and Zero Hour. One of the best games I have played that isn't an FPS. I also liked Halo Wars but not as much as these.

I love how there it has an infinite supply of free top notch levels. You can play that for 5 hours a week for a year and you won't play a single map twice.

The level where you got to play as Reptar totally made up for all the problems with the rest of the game.
