I just met the unluckiest man in the world in GTA IV. I like to push people to get them mad and then run in front of a cop car and let the guy punch me, so the cops arrest him. So I did this, and for some reason another guy got mad too. So I run to the cops and they get mad at the guys. Then the other guy suddenly pulls a pistol out and starts shooting. So the cops shoot the gunman while the other guy runs away. Then the cops open fire on HIM for no apparent reason and he falls to the ground. Then he gets up and he's half-dead at this moment, and a car bumps into him. He still doesn't die, so the cop decides to push the car he's in front of and make it hit him in the head. Then he died.

borrowed my brother's EFLC and personally tbogt doesn't seem worth the msp
TBoGT is the best.
I even loved the first sedan you drive. Hnng I have a thing for those cars in GTA IV.

(gta london 69/61 were in some kind of box set with gta2 IIRC)

get in-game trainer with model changer and speech player,
pick the black lunatic model,
start yelling to random people about how the world is going to end and how they all are going to hell (Recommended Locations: star junction, Rotterdam hill, happiness island).

So, some people previously mentioned this game being poorly optimized. It really is. It's total balls. I have to run it at THE lowest possible settings, so my game looks like garbage, but it plays pretty well. If this game weren't so fun and didn't have such a good story, I'd be pissed.
Really all depends on your CPU, the game isn't terribly GPU extensive. What CPU do you have?

Oh god, I was just playing GTA IV, and I was in a subway station. Then I pushed a guy onto the rails and he got killed and everyone panicked. Here's the scary part: A guy ran into the tunnel and suddenly a man appeared a few meters away from him and when the light turned on in the tunnel he disappeared.

It's more detailed but with less of something I can't put my finger on. Seems like there's more black level in VC? Anywho, it seems like that's the norm for all of the Rockstar Games: the later games have more detail, but less texture detail? Something like that.
