In GTA:SA I'm stuck in on the mission "Life's a Beach". When I get to the beach, it cuts to the camera angle showing the DJ, telling me to talk to her, then it just crashes. No error, windows just tells me that it "stopped unexpectedly"
Only mods installed are the 10x view distance, and realistic traffic

The mission "Just Business" crashed the game as well, in the second cutscene of the mission.

I dunno. I thought GTA IV was pretty fun. I've spent hours just dicking about within the physics engine trying to beat my cars to smithereens while seeing how long they can possibly last in doing so.

Not to say I haven't spent hours of dicking about in SA either though.

The Episodes are a lot more fun.
Especially Ballad of Gay Tony in my opinion.

Same. Playing GTA SA was really awkward for me because the car physics felt really stiff and not as fluid as they do in IV.

And the fact that you are always exposed to gunfire without a competent cover system. However, the cover system in GTA IV, and thus RDR, could do with some tweaking.

Chaos = Fun if done right.
I do not know about you but running over people , having fistfights , pushing people down stairs and knocking grannies under trains is A WHOLE lot funner then in IV then it is in SA.
Also try ballad of gay tony.

Don't know if anyone else has had this problem, i reinstalled VC which worked perfectly a few months ago.
now when i play, after about 20 minutes, i get a lot of stuttering. i have to quit and relaunch to make it go.

any ideas?

I have to disagree. After playing GTASA, the cars in IV felt a bit awkward, as in they felt more heavier and harder to control. Also I tried using SA controls in IV because I was used to the former. I failed.

I went from playing San Andreas all the time to playing IV when I got it.
At first I couldn't drive, but I got used to IV's handling. I should start up San Andreas and see if I can still drive there.

what if they made GTA 5 with gta vice city and san andreas combined.. with euphoria.. That would probably make the best gta ever. However.. It wouldn't be too good because there isn't enough space on the 360 dvd disc, but there is enough space on computers and ps3 blu ray discs.. which sucks because we all know rockstar builds it on 360 first then ports it to ps3 then to pc which is terrible it should go pc to consoles not console to pcs
