we had this awesome franchise in florida called Rhino, you could trade in a few old games and get a new one, it was awesome. My brother use to work at their head quarters, so I got these awesome discounts when I was with him, bought a new game on the DS for like 69 cents. Then gamestop bought them.
Rhino was great.
GameStop is the shit, yo. At least, here in my town. We only have to video game stores, Game and Gamestop. Game is usually a lot more expensive than Gamestop (around 100-200 kronor more expensive), so Gamestop is great imo.
I guess you're from Sweden. And by the way, we also got "Game" in Denmark. Most of the time "Game" is cheaper than "Gamestop", and also has better quality. Whenever I walk into a "Gamestop", I only find "crap" and high prices.
Good for pre-orders and trade-ins. Sometimes buying but not usually.
I hate game stop because of the shit the pull when trading in games for cash. First, they only give you credit. Second, no matter what the original price was or the condition it is in, they only give you like 10% of what they will sell it for. Also, I bought so many badly damaged used games from them that it is just fucking ridiculous. It's like they take all the used games and wipe their asses on them. But I figured out a way to get back at them. The only downside is that they probably re-sell whatever I give them to some unlucky customer. If you want to know what I do you can just pm me.
They told me they wouldn't take my old Xbox games and Classic Xbox. Yet my friend had no problem with that at a gamestop that was across the state.
