You'll be given the option to add funds to your Steam Wallet. You can also buy games through this wallet.

If you don't have Dead Rising 2 or Mass Effect 1 or 2, but them immediately.

The only game that interests me (that I don't already own) is Risen, but I've never heard of it before so I'm downloading the demo. I've been waiting since the Thanksgiving sale for New Vegas to go on sale. I still really want it to.
