Any suggestions on what to get in the Silent Hunter series?

I'd love to buy Dead Rising 2, but:

I love how the two most expensive games in today's sale are Dead Rising 2, and fucking Blood Bowl.
Dead Rising 2's a great game and definitely worth the 20$, Blood Bowl on the other hand is a mediocre game made for an incredibly small niche market.
I don't understand how they think they're going to sell truckloads of their game when it's 20$, and probably worth about 5$.
Hmmmm... Dead Rising 2, or not?
How many hours did you guy play before it got old? How is the replay value?
I'm just gonna buy the Silent Hunter Collection since Silent Hunter 4 uses Ubisoft's new DRM.

I played 30 hours straight and I stopped playing as my computer couldn't run it very well. Though the laggy 30 hours I played were awesome. Even if you beat it, joining random people at completely random times is amazing. The second multiplayer mode needs more minigames though.
Hopefully Napoleon total war goes on sale along with Victoria II :v:
which is the best in the silent hunter series to start with? i bought 3 and 4+expansion 3 has better reviews but presumably 4 has more features? if it wasnt for the drm i would have bought sh5
Can anyone recommend a good download region?
I don't want to wait 10 hours to play Mass Effect 2.
Sigh. Tempted to buy Dead Rising 2. But I have so little money I can't afford more than ~£10. Do I? Don't I?
For those wondering.
Alpha Protocol is definitely worth the $7.50. I won't lie and say the game doesn't have problems, but at that low price, you really can't go wrong. Your decisions in game really do have an effect, no matter how small, and it's fun to see how you influence people. The game definitely has replay value, and I found myself replaying it right after I finished it.
Dead Rising 2 is awesome, and if I didn't already own it on 360, I would be all over this deal. Seriously, get it for $20.
I have no idea what kind of mojo Railworks 2's developers are using. But this game is fun. I just spent 30 minutes delivering a bunch of pigeons. No idea why but it is fun to navigate through the network of rails and whatnot.
Mojo?
I got it for the crashes but it's reassuring to know it can be entertaining without.
Dead Rising 2 is available to me for £11.99. Is the game worth it?
Where from?
What should I get? Wings of Prey, Darksiders or Alpha Protocol?
Is blur worth it?
Where from?
Steam. It's an extra discount considering I already own Resident Evil 5.
Well guys I feel really bad for asking again,
As some awesome guy gifted me Assassins Creed yesterday, but Ive been wanting Alpha Protocoll fotever, but now that it goes on sale im all out. If you havent seen me in the previous threads you might think that Im just a generic begger, bu in fact I hifted far more then 500$ before, sadly never recived anything until yesterday.
So yeah, sorry that I already ask again, best just ignore me.

I see, awesome for you then!
I'd recommend the game although it doesn't really have massive re-playablity once you have finished it
Oh shit, my uncle sent me $60 for Christmas. Time to get this party started.
Got ME2. Waiting to see if Call of Pripyat goes down. If not, no biggie. It's only $10 right now anyway.
And i got myself Gmod :buddy:

Is anyone willing to buy me Dead Rising 2 if I pay them back the amount via Paypal? (preferably someone who also get's the Resident Evil 5 discount)
nevermind, I found someone and he gifted me it and I paid him back.
Is blur worth it?
Yes, I thought it was hugely underrated. I was only playing last week, and the multiplayer community is still buzzing with life.

ho this.... I FUCKING HATE RACISTS
You do know that alot of major review sites are bribed to give a good review ? Remember when kane and lynch 1 came out, eidos bribed gamespot to give it a good review, the reviewer gave it a quite honest review though and gave it 6.0, he was fired.
Yeah sure I'm aware of that, which is why instead of sticking to one site or something I look at Metacritic. I really highly doubt that enough review sites on there are bribed to make a bad game seem good, and I really highly doubt that any of these sites are bribed to give a good game a bad score.
Lol at the guy who rated me late because my thread got renamed.

This isn't the gifting thread, keep all the begging there. :colbert:

I don't think 360 controllers are hard to find.
