You should be able to run it. This guy have a Athlon 64 X2 5200+ and runs it on medium at 45-70 fps.

Yeah mine's a 4200+ overlocked and I can max out Call of Duty World at War. Seeing as it's only a today sale it'll be worth the risk as i'll upgrade in the future.
