Getting free battles these days have been pretty hard. Also conquest invasion most of the time end up with NPC controlled territories instead of player controlled. Its easy taking but its getting boring without any defending players.

Its not too bad when your in a party of friends. You could easily make a free battle match with a few friends and then you can expect people would join. If you want them to that is. The annoying thing seems to be when we go in a conquest invasion and we get counter invaded by a team that know what they are doing and using the nasty Three Barrel gatling gun duel weild with flash rockets that fuck up your lock on if they hit. The combination is very nasty. Oh yeah, the Second Gen Gatling gun does 1000 damage and has a reload rate of around 10. You have loads of KE defence? That wont save you from this. Very good for story missions, But it just doesnt feel right in multiplayer. Hopefully they should get patched soon enough. The real problem is that this game ended up not being advertised anywhere... that the only place you could really buy this is online. I dont think i've ever seen the game in shops.

I would but i have no one to play it with really, there doesnt seem to be anyone playing it when i go on either. That and there is still no patch. The most annoying fact is that the servers are seperated, Why couldnt we have all in one server instead of this mess?

I also find it annoying, hey Highwind017, I take it you're a european player right? What team are you in?I can recommend you some teams, teams that play often and at the top.

But thanks dude. I really wish the servers where all together. Whoever decided that was a idiot.

Honestly I was disappointed with Armored Core V, it was complicated and confusing, the Armored Cores looked like crap, and the way the boosters worked was pretty stupid. I never really got used to the game. Ultimately I sold it and bought For Awnser in its place and I didnt regret it. sure you may hate on me for it but it really wont do anything to change my desicsion. I still wish there was a port of the old armored core games (including AC2) for the PC or Consoles.

Am curious to know why you find it complicated and confusing.

Oh I see, with the lack of players on the EU side, I guess that's a pretty common problem. For me, getting used to the game was pretty easy as I had experience with armored core last raven, last nexus, silent line and Nine breaker.

Bringing this topic up again, for any AC-V players out there. The Patch is out! I recently got Armored Core Last Raven for the PS2 after I managed to reclaim one for a cheap price. Its merely a substitute but I like it. I plan on getting Armored Core 2 on Amazon sometime once I get the chance.
