EA were evil. They have learnt their lesson after Spore. They're better now.
Activision and Ubisoft obviously didn't see what happened with spore. They're about to get screwed over big time.
Ubisoft is my most hated. The shit they have done to the PC is despicable.

Mercenaries 1 was awesome at the time, mercs 2 suffered the same fate though, no re-playability. They were both good games, though.

95% EA games are not made by them but published, they don't have control of what is in them.
EA has been improving their track record over the past six months or so.
Activision is the new shithead of the gaming business, except unlike EA one of their well known gaming studios (infinity ward) is already close to shutting down because of them.

Untrue. Publishers, especially powerhouses like EA, regularly require various changes, such as removing some content and adding in DRM.
EA reportedly had a huge lean on Spore being so radically changed from its original vision.
I only like EA because they helped make Dead Space and are making Dead Space 2, other than that they're fucking money grubbers, Activision however is worse...
I hate the censor with EA games, i expected the E3 spore, not that happy gaybow shit that calls itself Spore.
And you forgot the CnC-Series they've managed to fuck up aswell.
I can't complain about the ME-series however.
I don't know, BC2 really sold me with, and now I love EA.
