Any of the STALKER games. (I just don't know why. I can't get into it. I usually quit playing after 5 minutes.)

For me:

Gears of War - just not that much of a tactile shooter
inFamous - Boring boring gameplay
Saints Row 2 - thought it was a shitty version of GTA IV, not as wacky and fun as it was broken and dumb.

Half-Life 2. It's boring, then you get to Ravenholm and it's interesting, than it's boring again.
Mass Effect. To this day I don't understand how anybody can enjoy that bland piece of shit.
KOTOR. The combat's a joke, and for a game in which you spend a fair amount of time in combat, that's not a very good thing.

I kind of thought this but it's still amazing fun. I got FIFA 10 because it's amazing to play with friends and the last one I had was something like fifa 2001, so I figured there must have been some sort of update since then.

Also, they do add new stuff each time apparently, but I could imagine it's really minor stuff.

But yeah, buying the new one every year is probably a bit much.
